Creating Libero Competition

Competitive drills help athletes focus and execute skills correctly.

When two players compete against one another, there is motivation to achieve a goal. Coaches can use competitions to get players to focus on what's most important.

For the libero position, the libero should always be focused on executing good passes. The job of the libero is to make it easier for the setter to get in position to set. So, the libero needs to pass the ball as best they can.

The following drill is a competition between team Libero's.
